Creating and presenting lessons that are congruent with student’s educational needs. Encouraging participation within the classroom to promote the consolidation of learning content. Grading homework in a timely manner. Monitoring and reporting on students' progress. Ensuring that all requisite equipment remains in excellent condition. Preferred Skills Bachelor’s degree in Education,or a related field. Experience preferred Proficiency in using online teaching tools. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage students in an online environment. Excellent decision-making abilities. High organized and creative individual. Ability to solve student’s problems in a constructive manner. Excellent ability to motivate students. Good leadership skills. Highly knowledgeable in subject. Excellent listening and analytical skills. A keen eye for details.
