Executive Assistant to the Partner
location: Infopark, Kochi Experience: 2+ years
Roles & Responsibilities:
Managing professional and personal scheduling for the India Partner, including agendas, emails, calls, travel arrangements, client management/meetings, expense management and other company logistics Compiling and releasing Minutes of the Meeting (MOM) Performing administrative and office support Coordinating complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to senior Leaders within the Firm Managing, coordinating, and arranging Senior Executives' travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transportation, and meal coordination Maintaining professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business
