Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field + Btech. Proven track record of 6 months - 5 years in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in the [specify industry or market segment]. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close deals and achieve sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal stakeholders.
