Oracle Technical Consultant Trainer

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Technical Consultant Trainer to provide in-depth training to our technical teams on Oracle development, customization, and integration. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in Oracle ERP technologies, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and Oracle Integration tools, along with proven expertise in training technical personnel. The role involves designing and delivering technical training programs, workshops, and post-training support to enhance the technical proficiency of our teams.

Key Responsibilities: *Training Program Development: Create and develop comprehensive technical training programs, including training manuals, documentation, and hands-on exercises, for Oracle technical modules and development tools. *Deliver Technical Training: Conduct in-depth training sessions, workshops, and seminars on Oracle development, customization, integration, and migration. Focus areas: Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, PL/SQL, Oracle Workflow, Oracle XML Publisher, and Oracle Integration tools like Oracle SOA, OIC, and APEX. *Custom Curriculum: Tailor training content to specific technical needs based on the company’s Oracle implementation, customization requirements, and team skill levels. *Mentorship & Coaching: Act as a technical mentor and coach for junior developers, providing guidance on coding best practices, Oracle application development methodologies, and troubleshooting. *Stay Updated: Keep up to date with Oracle's latest technology trends, updates, and new releases to ensure the training content remains current and relevant. *Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Ensure all training documentation is detailed, accurate, and accessible to the technical team for reference and ongoing learning.

Required Skills and Experience: *Technical Expertise: Minimum 5 years of experience as an Oracle Technical Consultant, with a strong focus on technical development, integration, and customization. *Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Forms & Reports, XML Publisher, Oracle Workflow, Oracle ADF, Oracle SOA Suite, and OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud). *Training Experience: Proven track record of delivering technical training programs, including hands-on workshops, labs, and virtual/classroom sessions. *Oracle ERP Knowledge: Solid understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Fusion technical architecture, APIs, and customization options. *Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. *Development Experience: Experience with Oracle Data Conversions, Extensions, Interfaces, Reports, and Forms (CEMLIs), along with Oracle API usage. *Knowledge of Integration Tools: Experience with Oracle Integration tools such as Oracle SOA Suite, OIC, and ADF development. *Project Lifecycle Knowledge: Familiarity with the full project lifecycle of Oracle implementations, including design, development, testing, and deployment.

Preferred Qualifications: *Experience in Oracle Cloud/Fusion technical development and customizations. *Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies. *Oracle certifications in Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud technical tracks.
