We are seeking a highly experienced Supply Chain Management Functional Resource with over five years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle EBS supply chain modules. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Order Management, India Localization, Order Shipping, E-Invoicing, Customer Price List, Oracle Procurement, and Oracle Inventory. Additionally, knowledge of Oracle Cash Management, Receivables, Payables, General Ledger, and bank account reconciliation processes is essential. The candidate must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record in the manufacturing domain.

Key Responsibilities: • Order Management: Provide functional expertise in managing sales orders, order processing, and order fulfilment, ensuring smooth operations. • India Localization: Implement and support India-specific legal and tax requirements within the Oracle EBS system, including GST and other localizations. • Order Shipping: Handle shipping transactions, pick releases, ship confirms and ensure timely delivery of goods to customers. • E-Invoicing: Oversee e-invoice generation and integration with government portals for compliance. • Customer Price List Management: Manage customer-specific price lists and discount structures, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. • Oracle Procurement: Support the procurement process, including purchase orders, supplier management, and procurement-to-pay processes. • Oracle Inventory: Manage inventory levels, stock movements, and ensure proper tracking of goods across the supply chain. • Oracle Cash Management: Support bank reconciliations, cash forecasting, and treasury operations. • Oracle Receivables: Handle customer invoices, receipts, and collections to maintain an efficient accounts receivable process. • Customer Management: Ensure effective customer interaction, complaint resolution, and customer satisfaction. • Bank Account Reconciliation: Manage bank account reconciliations for accurate financial reporting. • Oracle Payables: Oversee supplier payments, invoice processing, and AP ledger management. • Oracle General Ledger: Provide support in managing journal entries, financial statements, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications and Skills:

o Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field. o Experience: 5+ years of functional experience in Oracle EBS with a focus on supply chain modules. o Technical Skills: o Expertise in Oracle EBS modules: Order Management, India Localization, Order Shipping, E-Invoicing, Oracle Procurement, Oracle Inventory. o Good knowledge of Oracle Cash Management, Oracle Receivables, Oracle Payables, Oracle General Ledger, and bank reconciliation processes. o Manufacturing Domain Experience: Proven exposure to supply chain processes and workflows in the manufacturing industry. o Interpersonal Skills: Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across departments and stakeholders. o Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
