Brief DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inbound Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound sales leads, nurturing potential customers, and converting them into long-term users of our cutting-edge digital health SaaS platform. You will be the first point of contact for prospects and play a pivotal role in driving growth by understanding their needs, demonstrating the value of our product, and guiding them through the sales process. Key Responsibilities:

Handle all inbound sales inquiries through various channels (phone, email, website, live chat, etc.). Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and pain points and identifying opportunities where our digital health SaaS solution can add value. Provide product demos and presentations to prospects, showcasing the platform’s features and benefits tailored to their requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients by delivering exceptional customer service and timely follow-ups. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to ensure a seamless customer journey and maximize the chances of conversion. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and performance metrics. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and pipeline data in the CRM. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and new features of our SaaS platform. Preferred SkillsRequirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in inbound sales, preferably in SaaS, technology, or healthcare. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Strong presentation skills, to effectively demonstrate product capabilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) and sales tracking software. Passion for digital health and technology, with a desire to help improve healthcare delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the healthcare or digital health industry. Familiarity with SaaS business models and recurring revenue structures.
