Finance Executive (3+ years)

Brief DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Finance Executive with a strong background in accounting & financial management, compliance & taxation, invoices, accounts payable & receivable, payroll, legal & contractual support. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of performing the above tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Accounting and Financial Management:

Maintain accurate financial records using Tally and QuickBooks. Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Handle all banking-related activities, including stock statement updates, bank reconciliations, and cash flow management. Prepare budgets, estimations, and financial forecasts. Analyze financial data and identify areas for improvement.

Compliance and Taxation:

Ensure compliance with all applicable tax regulations, including GST, TDS, PF, PT, and ESI. Prepare and file tax returns accurately and on time. Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.

Invoicing, Accounts Payable & Receivable:

Prepare and send invoices to clients. Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any payment issues. Manage accounts payable and receivable activities, ensuring timely payments and collections.

Payroll & HR Collaboration:

Work closely with the HR department to process employee payroll and ensure accurate and timely payments. Handle any payroll-related queries or issues.

Legal & Contractual Support:

Liaise with the legal team on all contracts, proposals, and other legal documents. Review and provide financial input on contracts.

Other:

Assist in internal and external audits. Collaborate with other departments to support financial goals. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information. Preferred SkillsTechnical Skills:

Highly proficient in Tally ERP 9. Knowledge of QuickBooks. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

CA Inter cleared. Experience in the IT industry.
