The role This role will provide exposure to project management and senior level stakeholder relationship management. We are looking for a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties, and providing support to senior leadership. Given the changing nature of the leadership landscape, we rely on our Executive Assistants for flexibility and foresight, while maintaining confidentiality related to high-level systems and operations. Primary responsibility in this role will be to support the India Partner and provide assistance to the leadership team, as directed, to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficiently.

Position: Executive Assistant to the Partner Roles & Responsibilities: Managing professional and personal scheduling for the India Partner, including agendas, emails, calls, travel arrangements, client management/meetings, expense management and other company logistics Compiling and releasing Minutes of the Meeting (MOM) Performing administrative and office support Coordinating complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to senior Leaders within the Firm Managing, coordinating, and arranging Senior Executives' travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transportation, and meal coordination Maintaining professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business

Skills:

Excellent Communication skills (written as well as spoken) and attention to detail Excellent interpersonal skills and Strong time-management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys challenges Ability to maintain organizational confidentiality
