What we're looking for

We seek a passionate Full Stack Engineer who is flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced, product-focused environment. The right candidate for this position will have profound technical capabilities to drive and execute technical initiatives and complex requirements.

This role demands extensive experience in both frontend & backend development, along with a strong grasp of cloud technologies and database management. You’ll join our product development team where everyone is striving to constantly improve the quality of experience we provide our customers by delivering at our best and being voracious learners.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the core team of the product and help make and steer technical directions along with hands on execution.
• Conduct code reviews and own the code quality shipped as a senior stake holder in tech.
• Define coding standards and automated code check in gateways for various technology stack in the front end.
• Code complex features and guide the juniors wherever necessary
• Understand and define design systems for component driven development in the front end.
• Work closely with the technical architect on technical designs for requirements that need the same.
• Provide solutions for requirements as necessary
• Work closely with the product team to understand and help achieve business and product goals.
• Work closely with the technical architect on production environment and scaling strategy.
• Identify gaps in the teams skills and help improve the same.
• Engage in conversations that are objective & data-driven and be able to put the quality of the deliverables as the topmost priority.
• Suggest process improvements for any gaps identified and ensure improvements in a continuous manner.

Qualifications

• Has good command over OOPS and programming fundamentals.
• Has good command over SQL and No SQL databases.
• Has good command over AWS
• Has a keen eye for designs and usability concepts.
• Is a full stack developer but is also strong on the front end
• Is very strong on Javascript
• Great understanding of the backend and scaling
• Great understanding of DOM, Rendering and everything related to the browser since that is the ecosystem your code renders.
• Have an urge to collaborate and communicate asynchronously.
• Must be an enthusiast with a go-for-it attitude.

• Has good working knowledge in Angular
• Has good working knowledge in Python
• Has good working knowledge in FastAPI
• Has good working knowledge in PostgreSQL
• Has working knowledge in Component Driven Development
• Has lead small teams in product organisations
• Has good knowledge on WCAG and accessibility.
