Working Time : 08:30 PM - 05:30 AM (US -Night Shift)

Working days: Monday - Friday ( Alternative Saturdays ).

Salary: 35,000 -50, 000(Based on experience)

Job Title: General Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, including strategy development, financial management, sales growth, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, business acumen, and a proven track record of driving results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of department heads, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations
  • Analyze financial performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize profitability
  • Drive sales growth and revenue increase through effective sales strategies and customer relationships
  • Ensure operational efficiency and productivity across all departments
  • Foster a positive company culture and promote employee development and engagement
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and investors
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify opportunities and challenges

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a senior management role
  • Proven track record of success in a similar industry
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze financial data and make strategic decisions
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Tax, Project or Business Administration, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
