What will help you do the job well

Must-have skills/ characteristics

Minimum 8 years’ experience in AEM based development (preferably B2C websites like media, ecommerce etc). Experience in mentoring, guiding, leading teams technically and collaborate with technical architects Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development, including custom workflows, servlets, and OSGi services. Understanding of web performance optimization techniques, including caching strategies and content delivery networks (CDNs). Strong experience with Java and related backend technologies. Knowledge of RESTful APIs, AWS services, MySQL database and integrating third-party services with AEM. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

Other desirable skills/ characteristics

Develop and Deploy applications on cloud with ability to debug hosting related issues Willingness to travel – domestic / international Knowledge of ISMS principles and best practices
