Development, testing & deployment on web content management platform. Interactions with external product development teams. What will help you do the job well

Must-have skills/ characteristics

Minimum 5 years’ experience in AEM based development (preferably B2C websites like media, ecommerce etc). Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development, including custom workflows, servlets, and OSGi services. Strong experience with Java and related backend technologies. Knowledge of RESTful APIs, AWS services, MySQL database and integrating third-party services with AEM. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines. Understanding of web performance optimization techniques, including caching strategies and content delivery networks (CDNs). A team player with good communication & interpersonal skills

Other desirable skills/ characteristics

Develop and Deploy applications on cloud with ability to debug hosting related issues Experience in mentoring, guiding, leading teams technically will be considered high value for people aspiring to be tech leads. Willingness to travel – domestic / international Knowledge of ISMS principles and best practices
