SCRUM MASTER

Your Mission:

• Be part of our Scrum Master team and Agile Centre of Excellence • Provision of required resources and removal of organizational obstacles. • Responsibility for the Scrum process and its correct implementation. • Promotion of a productive working environment in a respectful atmosphere. • Striving for maximum benefit and constant optimization. • Ensure information flow between the Product Owner and the team, and across teams. • Serve as the contact person for stakeholders and presenter of Scrum meetings. • Keep up to date with Scrum artifacts (Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Burndown Charts). • Coordinate the implementation, acceptance, and follow-up of projects in cooperation with the Product Owner and the team. • Team and project reporting.

Your Profile:

• Experience in leading agile teams and projects, ideally in the financial services sector. • Knowledge of planning and realization of complex IT projects as well as setting up Scrum teams. • Relevant certifications (e.g., CSM, A-CSM, TKP, PSM) are desirable. • Exceptionally excellent communication, facilitation, and mentoring abilities. • Open and forward-thinking mindset, with a distinctive awareness of quality and conflict resolution management. • Good English communication skills: additional languages such as German are advantageous. • Technical understanding is a plus.
