Job Location • Kochi, Kerala

Responsibilities • Lead and manage a team of at least 5 QA Engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and training to ensure their professional growth. • Oversee the creation and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to ensure seamless integration of quality assurance processes within the Agile development lifecycle. • Provide regular reports on testing progress, quality metrics, and team performance to senior management. • Develop templates, tools, metrics, & best practices for products to meet business requirements. • Lead functional and user acceptance test cycles. • Participate in reviews to ensure quality in the product - requirements, design, status, code. • Provide documentation for release readiness of products or product features. • Investigate quality issues, defects, or customer complaints, and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence

Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field • Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, Trello, Azure DevOps, etc.) • Basic understanding of web and mobile application development, architectures, and technologies • Should have exposure to API testing using tools such as POSTMAN • Experience with Selenium is a plus. • Good knowledge of Networking and Operating system concepts • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Have a strong understanding of QA practices and approaches. • Have strong troubleshooting and debugging skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • ISTQB Certification is a plus
