Brief DescriptionWe are seeking confident, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Female Telecaller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a positive attitude to handle client interactions, generate leads, and support business growth. Freshers with good speaking skills are welcome. Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients (India & International).* Handle inbound calls and enquiries professionally.* Explain company products and services clearly.* Fix meetings and coordinate follow-ups with the sales team.* Update and maintain lead details in the system.* Achieve daily calling and conversion targets.Preferred SkillsMandatory Skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills.* Confidence in handling customer conversations.* Basic computer knowledge.* Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.* Willingness to learn and grow. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
• Prior experience in telecalling or customer support.* Familiarity with CRM or lead management tools.* Multilingual communication skills. Languages Required
