Role Overview We are looking for a passionate Junior Developer (PHP) with 1 - 2 years of Experience in PHP / Web Development to join our team. In this role, you will assist in developing and maintaining PHP-based web applications, collaborate with senior developers, and learn to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions while gaining hands-on experience in both front-end and back-end development. Key Responsibilities 

1. Requirement Analysis & Understanding

 Understand business requirements and assist in converting them into technical solutions. Collaborate with senior developers to ensure customer-centric solutions.

2. Application Development & Coding

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient PHP code. Develop features under guidance from senior developers. Integrate front-end components with back-end services. Assist in optimising existing applications for performance.

3. Collaboration & Team Support

Work closely with senior developers, QA, and cross-functional teams. Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards. Assist in documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.

4. Troubleshooting & Debugging

Identify and resolve basic technical and performance issues. Learn to debug code and propose simple improvements.

5. Learning & Continuous Improvement

Stay updated with PHP frameworks, web technologies, and industry trends. Learn best practices in coding, testing, and deployment. Preferred SkillsTechnical Skills:

1–2 years of experience in PHP/web development. Familiarity with PHP frameworks: CodeIgniter, Laravel, Symfony. Knowledge of MySQL and basic OOP concepts. Basic front-end skills: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript. Exposure to Angular or React is a plus.

Methodology & Tools:

Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Version control tools (Git/SVN) familiarity. Willingness to learn cloud deployment (AWS, Azure).

Soft Skills & Behavioural:

Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  Attention to detail and commitment to writing high-quality code. Eagerness to learn and take guidance from senior developers.
