Location: Technopark Phase1, Trivandrum Role Overview The Senior Developer (PHP) will design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applicationsfor international manufacturing clients. This role involves converting business requirementsinto technical solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to scalableand efficient software systems. Key Responsibilities

1. Requirement Analysis & Solution Design

Understand functional and technical requirements. Convert requirements into robust technical solutions. Think from a customer perspective while designing solutions.

2. Application Development & Coding

Develop web applications using PHP. Write clean, testable, maintainable, and efficient code. Integrate with databases (MySQL) and back-end services. Optimize existing applications for better performance.

3. Collaboration & Problem Solving

Work with Lead Developers, Product, QA, and DevOps teams. Troubleshoot technical and performance issues. Suggest process improvements and coding best practices.

4. Continuous Learning & Innovation

Keep updated with PHP frameworks and emerging technologies. Recommend new tools and best practices for development. Preferred SkillsExperience: 3+ Years of Experience Technical Skills:

Strong PHP programming skills. Experience with PHP frameworks: Laravel, CodeIgniter, Symfony. Proficient in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP). Knowledge of MySQL and relational database design. Front-end skills: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript. Exposure to Angular or React is a plus.

Methodology & Tools:

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology. Version control tools (Git, SVN, etc.). Cloud deployment knowledge (AWS, Azure) is desirable.

Soft Skills & Behavioural:

Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking. Team collaboration and effective communication skills. High attention to detail and commitment to quality
