Location: Infopark, Kochi Experience: Fresher to 2 years Notice Period: Immediate joiners
Required skills and Qualifications.
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Any other Regional Languages like Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Hindi will be an added advantage (Not mandatory).
- Ability to cope with rejection while remaining calm.
- Data entry skills to complement the tele calling work.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word etc.
Preferred skills and qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Tele caller.
- Knowledge of CRM software and telephone systems used at call centre.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office tools.
