Job Title: Sales Development Representative Location: Government Cyberpark Office, Kozhikode, Kerala or MG Road, Bangalore, Karnataka Salary: 5-6 LPA Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team in India. The SDR will play a crucial role in generating new business leads, conducting product demos, and initiating the sales process through proactive outreach and engagement strategies. About Mailercloud: Mailercloud is a UK-based email marketing platform provider, rapidly growing in the SaaS industry. We help businesses around the world deliver effective email marketing campaigns through our innovative platform. With over 21,000 clients, our mission is to provide exceptional deliverability, user experience, and support. We are now looking to expand our team in Kozhikode, at our Government Cyberpark office, to further scale our operations and provide top-tier support to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Utilize various tools and techniques to identify and attract potential leads, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach. Lead Qualification: Assess the potential of leads through careful evaluation of their needs and alignment with Mailercloud's offerings. Product Demos: Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of Mailercloud’s solutions to potential clients. Outreach Execution: Execute targeted outreach campaigns to engage and educate potential customers about the benefits of Mailercloud’s solutions. Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and demonstrations for qualified leads with our Account Executives, ensuring a smooth transition into the sales pipeline. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with prospective customers within HubSpot CRM. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and tactics based on market feedback and results. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required. Experience: 1-3 years in a sales development or related role, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively navigate conversations and conduct product demos. Characteristics: High energy, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic are essential. Must be results-driven and capable of delivering consistent new business leads. Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM software, preferably HubSpot, and familiarity with sales automation tools.
