Strategic Implementation Associate : Freshers | Recent Passouts

Brief DescriptionWe are seeking a highly intellectual and academic person to join our team as a Fresher Strategic role, this role demands a combination of strategic thinking and practical execution skills to implement our product successfully at client locations and bring high impactful outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

Lead the successful deployment and adoption of our product at client sites, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum value. Analyse complex client requirements and business challenges to develop tailored solutions. Engage with clients to align implementation strategies with broader business goals. Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and user satisfaction. Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to facilitate seamless transitions and product understanding. Identify opportunities to improve the product based on client feedback and market insights.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field Recent passouts are prefered Preferred Skills Ability to think critically, adapt quickly, and manage multiple priorities. Intellectual and quick problem solving Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.

Salary package – 10 LPA
