Hands-on experience with RPA & Intelligent Automation projects

Opportunity to work with UiPath and IDP technologies

Exposure to end-to-end automation lifecycle (analysis to deployment)

Involvement in CI/CD pipelines and version control practices

Collaborative work environment with cross-functional teams

Key Responsibilities

Develop RPA and Intelligent Automation solutions using UiPath and IDP technologies

Analyze business processes and design efficient automation workflows

Document As-Is processes, BRD, FSD, automation architecture, and solution designs

Build, test, and deploy automation workflows ensuring quality standards

Create and maintain reusable automation components

Manage code repositories using Git and follow version control best practices

Integrate automation solutions with CI/CD pipelines

Perform code reviews and prepare review reports

Support existing automation solutions and manage change requests

Coordinate with L2/L3 teams for deployment and post-production support

Create test procedures and test scenarios for Pre-UAT and UAT

Act as the first point of contact for configuration-related issues

Preferred SkillsSkills Required

Strong experience in RPA Development

Hands-on expertise with UiPath

Experience working with IDP Solutions

Knowledge of Git / Version Control systems

Understanding of CI/CD integration

Good analytical and documentation skills

Good to Have

Experience working in enterprise-scale automation environments

Exposure to multiple automation processes/projects

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience supporting production automation workflows
