Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter with a strong background in IT & AI hiring to lead end-to-end recruitment for engineering, AI, and technology roles. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, process-driven, and capable of hiring niche tech talent efficiently. Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles (AI/ML, Full Stack, Backend, Frontend, DevOps, Cloud, Data, QA, Product, etc.)
Work closely with founders, tech leads, and project managers to understand hiring needs
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, communities, and direct outreach
Screen resumes, conduct technical pre-screening, and coordinate interviews
Evaluate candidates for technical capability, cultural fit, and long-term potential
Manage offer negotiations, closures, and onboarding coordination
Maintain and improve talent pipelines for recurring and future needs
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
Maintain recruitment metrics: time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, pipeline health
Support client-side hiring and staff augmentation requirements (India & overseas)

4+ years of experience in IT / Technical Recruitment
Strong understanding of software development roles and AI/ML technologies
Proven experience hiring for:
Full Stack / Backend / Frontend Developers
AI / ML / Data Engineers
DevOps / Cloud Engineers
Product & QA roles
Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other platforms
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to handle multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with startups, product companies, or IT services firms
Good to Have
Experience hiring for AI, Automation, and emerging tech roles
Exposure to international hiring (Middle East / UK / Remote roles)
Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment analytics
Background in staffing, staff augmentation, or client-based hiring
