Finacle Product Engineer

Brief DescriptionWe’re looking to hire an experienced Finacle Product Engineer for a client in Chennai / Bangalore (GTP). The role involves working on Finacle Core Banking with a strong focus on Finacle 11 product capabilities, customization architecture, integrations, and client-facing engagements within large-scale banking environments. Hands-on involvement in Finacle 11 customization and product enhancements

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance Finacle Core Banking product customizations

Handle Finacle 11 requirements and analyze product capabilities

Implement and support Finacle customization flows, including:

New custom menus

Product menu customization

Batch jobs

FI processing

EOD / BOD processes and debugging

Develop and maintain reports using MRT and Jasper

Handle Finacle interfacing requirements:

Custom APIs

Product APIs

Connect 24

Finacle Integrator

Ensure adherence to coding, security, unit testing, and documentation standards

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact directly with clients

Ensure quality of technical and application architecture and system design

Research, evaluate, and benchmark technologies against industry best practices

Preferred SkillsTechnical Skills

Strong understanding of Finacle Product Architecture and Customization Layers

Hands-on experience with Finacle Core Banking 

Experience in Finacle scripting

Experience in Unix shell scripting

Experience in Oracle SQL & PL/SQL, including:

Stored Procedures

Triggers

Functions

Experience in report designing (MRT, Jasper)

Good understanding of Finacle Integrator and feasible enhancements
