Senior Product Designer

Brief DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer for our client project, offering the opportunity to lead design initiatives, craft user-centric experiences, and shape impactful digital platforms. Location: Dubai / Bangalore (GTP)Experience Required: 8+ years Role Highlights

Own and drive the end-to-end design vision for complex digital products. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. Influence large-scale digital platforms and user journeys. Engage in design thinking, user research, usability testing, and stakeholder workshops. Exposure to enterprise-grade UX/UI challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead creative execution and define the overall look and feel of digital products. Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces using best practices. Collaborate with product owners, engineers, researchers, and fellow designers. Conduct design workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and UX assessments. Plan and estimate UX/design workstreams. Perform user testing (card sorting, tree testing, usability testing). Ensure UX consistency, strong information architecture, and effective navigation. Clearly articulate design decisions and incorporate stakeholder feedback. Preferred SkillsSkills & Expertise Required

Strong foundation in Human-Centered Design practices Experience designing for native mobile applications and responsive web platforms Expertise in UX/UI design, information architecture, and interaction design Proficiency with industry-standard design & prototyping tools Ability to work with ambiguity and translate complex problems into elegant solutions

Education & Experience

Degree in Graphic Design, Interactive Media Design, or a related field Master’s degree (MSc/MA) is an added advantage 8+ years of hands-on experience in UX/UI or related design domains Experience in banking or financial services is a strong plus GCC experience is an added advantage
