Brief DescriptionThe Sales Officer is responsible for generating leads, developing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding the company’s market presence. The role involves both field and/or inside sales activities, customer follow-ups, and coordination Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networkingPromote and sell company products/services to prospective and existing customersAchieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targetsBuild and maintain strong, long-term client relationshipsPrepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and forecastsFollow up on leads and inquiriesMonitor competitor activities and market trendsHandle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolutionPreferred Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Persuasion and negotiation abilities Customer-oriented mindset Time management and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM tools, email) Timely reporting and follow-ups
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)1–3 years of experience in sales or business development (freshers may apply for junior roles)
