Brief DescriptionLocation: Trivandrum and Kochi  Experience: 6 – 10 Years Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-level applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance systems while mentoring junior developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in modern .NET ecosystems and a forward-thinking approach to cloud-native architecture.   Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Design: Lead the design and architectural discussions for complex, distributed systems using Microservices and Event-Driven patterns.

Development: Write clean, scalable, and testable code using C# and .NET.

API Management: Design and implement secure RESTful APIs and gRPC services.

Database Management: Architect and optimize database schemas using MS SQL Server, including performance tuning and complex query optimization.

Cloud Integration: Deploy and manage applications on Azure (Functions, App Services, Service Bus).

Mentorship: Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior members of the development team.

DevOps: Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions) to automate deployment cycles.

Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities.

Preferred Skills Good understanding of the.NET framework. Hands-on experience with various Azure services. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Managing team on an onsite-offshore model Assign, track, and review work items Lead development by contributing individually to critical modules.
