12+ years of overall software development experience 8+ years of full-stack application development using Node.js, React.js, and modern JavaScript frameworks 3+ years in a Technical Lead / Architect / Head role managing teams and projects Strong experience with MongoDB and Cassandra databases Proven track record in building and maintaining RESTful microservices architectures Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP (Azure preferred but not mandatory) Strong understanding of cloud security, cost optimization, scalability, and performance tuning Proficiency in GIT and collaborative development practices Experience setting up and managing Jenkins pipelines and automated CI/CD processes Hands-on exposure to AI/ML or Computer Vision–based applications, including integration of AI models, inference APIs, and handling data-intensive or real-time workloads Experience working with Docker, Kubernetes, or managed Kubernetes services Exposure to event-driven architectures, message queues, or distributed systems Experience in AI product companies, SaaS platforms, or EdTech solutions is a strong advantage Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
