IT Infrastructure Engineer

Brief DescriptionJob OverviewWe are looking for an IT Infrastructure Engineer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in IT support, firewall management, Microsoft environments, and infrastructure administration.Key Responsibilities

Manage and administer FortiGate Firewalls, including configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Provide L1 & L2 IT support, resolve tickets, and ensure timely issue closure. Handle Asset Management, including tracking, maintenance, and lifecycle management of IT assets. Configure, manage, and maintain Windows operating systems and server environments. Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Teams Admin Center and Exchange Admin Center. Design, configure, and manage Group Policies (GPO). Configure and maintain File Servers and shared folders with appropriate access controls. Configure and troubleshoot Firewalls, Switches, and other networking components. Perform installation and configuration of Windows OS and required software on user systems. Preferred SkillsRequired Skills & Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure / IT Support roles. Hands-on experience with FortiGate firewalls. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Windows Server, and Microsoft environments. Good understanding of networking fundamentals (firewalls, switches, VLANs, etc.). Experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Teams, Exchange). Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications such as Fortinet NSE, MCSA, CCNA, or equivalent. Experience with ITIL-based support processes.
