Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer . The role focuses on implementing and integrating backend services, including data migration, API development, and system integrations, while ensuring high performance and reliability. The developer will collaborate closely with solution architects, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver a secure, scalable, and seamless migration.

Responsibilities include:

Development & Integration

Build and maintain backend services using .NET Core and ASP.NET Web API. Implement data migration scripts and tools for products, pricing, and customer hierarchies. Ensure API security and compliance with enterprise standards. 

Performance & Scalability

Optimize backend services for high performance and scalability. Implement caching strategies (e.g., Redis) to improve response times. Monitor and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks. 

Collaboration

Work closely with Solution Architect to align with migration framework. Collaborate with Business Analyst to understand requirements and translate them into technical tasks. Support QA teams during integration and performance testing.

  DevOps & Deployment

Participate in CI/CD pipeline setup using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions. Ensure containerization readiness (Docker) and cloud deployment compatibility.

Data Extraction: Using BAPIs, RFCs, or IDocs

.NET Core / C# API Development SQL / Entity Framework: For data persistence and querying Unit & Integration Testing: NUnit, xUnit, MSTest Azure Cloud Expertise: Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Functions, Key Vault, DevOps (CI/CD)

Secondary Skills :

Middleware Tools: Azure Logic Apps, MuleSoft, Boomi ETL Tools: SAP BODS, Talend, or custom scripts CI/CD Pipelines: Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins Security & Compliance: GDPR, secure data handling Performance Testing: JMeter, LoadRunner SAP Activate Methodology: Agile-based project delivery Documentation & Change Management: Migration logs, stakeholder communication Spire & PIM Integration: Experience integrating product and pricing data into ecommerce platforms.
