Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Brief DescriptionIntroduction

We are looking for 2+years experienced candidates for this role.

Responsibilities include:

Implement and maintain observability and monitoring solutions using New Relic and Grafana. Ensure application and infrastructure reliability by applying core SRE principles — including availability, performance, scalability, and incident management. Manage and optimize Kubernetes  clusters, containerized workloads, and Helm deployments. Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform. Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, ArgoCD, and GitHub Actions. Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement best practices for deployment, monitoring, and incident response. Continuously improve reliability through automation, capacity planning, and performance tuning.

Preferred SkillsPrimary Skills :

AWS – Core services (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, EKS, CloudWatch, etc.) and best practices for scalability and security. Terraform – Infrastructure automation, module creation, and state management. New Relic – Application performance monitoring, custom dashboard creation, and alert configuration. Grafana – Metrics visualization, dashboard setup, and alerting mechanisms. SRE Concepts – Reliability engineering, incident management, capacity planning, SLIs/SLOs/SLAs, and error budget management. 

Intermediate Proficiency In:

EKS, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm – Cluster operations, container orchestration, and deployment automation. Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitHub Workflows – CI/CD, GitOps workflows, and automated deployment pipelines.
