Brief DescriptionJob Role: Account Manager Experience : 10+ Years Work Type: Work from Office Location: Technopark Trivandrum Key Responsibilities SOW & Contract Preparation

Draft, review, and finalize Statements of Work (SOWs), work orders, and service agreements. Ensure SOWs clearly define scope, deliverables, timelines, pricing, milestones, and responsibilities. Prepare and maintain Master Service Agreements (MSA), NDAs, SLAs, and project-specific contracts.. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards.

RFQ/RFP/RFI Management

Review RFQs, RFPs, and tender documents to understand requirements and submission guidelines. Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, bid responses, and tender documentation. Coordinate with sales, engineering, finance, and delivery teams to gather required inputs. Create pricing sheets, scope breakdowns, and compliance matrices. Ensure timely submission of proposals with complete documentation.

Documentation & Coordination

Maintain organized document repositories and version control. Track contracts, renewals, amendments, and SOW progress. Support sales and presales teams with documentation for client onboarding and bidding. Respond to client queries related to scope, contract terms, and proposal details.

Process Governance

Standardize templates for SOWs, contracts, and RFQs. Improve proposal writing quality and documentation workflows. Ensure contractual risks are identified and flagged to management. Preferred Skills

Strong skills in drafting and reviewing SOWs, contracts, MSAs, NDAs, and SLAs.

Expertise in managing RFQs, RFPs, RFIs, and preparing accurate technical and commercial proposals.

Proficiency in documentation control, version management, and tracking contract lifecycles.

Excellent coordination and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and clients.

Ability to enforce process governance, standardize templates, and identify contractual risks.
