Senior Quality Control Analyst – Insurance Domain

Brief DescriptionJob Summary The Senior Quality Control Manager is responsible for maintaining quality excellence and compliance integrity across insurance operations. The role involves performing quality audits, compliance checks, performance analysis, and implementing improvement measures to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to regulatory and organizational standards. Key Responsibilities • Lead the Quality Control function across operational and compliance teams.• Develop, implement, and continuously improve the QC policy framework, SOPs, and monitoring plans.• Supervise daily QC checks on policy issuance, claims processing, reporting accuracy, and regulatory logs.• Conduct periodic internal audits and prepare MIS reports for senior management.• Identify process gaps and drive corrective or preventive actions.• Coordinate with the Compliance Department to align QC controls with FCA / GFSC / FSA Seychelles expectations.• Ensure version control and documentation integrity across product, claims, and broker correspondence.• Train and mentor the QC team to maintain a culture of accuracy and accountability.• Prepare quarterly quality dashboards and present findings to the Board or Executive Committee.Preferred Skills• Graduate degree in Business, Risk, or related field (Master’s preferred).• 5–8 years of managerial experience in quality control / compliance / audit within financial services or insurance.• Strong knowledge of control testing, audit planning, and process automation.• Proficiency in Excel, CRM systems, and QA tools.• Excellent analytical, documentation, and leadership skills
