Brief DescriptionJob Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager US Healthcare RCM to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of hands-on experience in Eligibility Verification and Authorization, including team handling and performance management. This role demands deep domain knowledge, leadership capabilities, and a passion for process improvement. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team handling Eligibility Verification and Authorization., Eligibility & benefits verification Pre authorization Drive daily operational performance and ensure SLA adherence across all metrics (TAT, quality, productivity). Conduct regular team reviews, feedback sessions, and performance appraisals. Act as the point of escalation for client issues and work cross-functionally to resolve concerns in a timely manner. Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce denials. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payer-specific guidelines, HIPAA regulations, and compliance protocols. Coordinate with onshore teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Generate and analyze operational reports to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
