The ideal candidate should have strong sales experience(inbound and out bound), excellent communication abilities, and proven expertise in lead conversion and team coordination. Key Responsibilities

Build and drive the sales process end-to-end. Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage prospects and convert leads. Hire, train and support junior sales executive. Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, and conversions using CRM systems. Develop effective calling scripts, strategies, and techniques to enhance productivity. Collaborate with the marketing team to streamline lead flow and improve overall efficiency. Ensure excellent customer experience during all interactions. Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for management.

 Preferred SkillsSkills & Requirements

Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written). Hindi communication skills are an added advantage. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and lead-conversion abilities. Good analytical, reporting, and organizational skills. Comfortable working in a target-driven environment. Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer applications.
