About the Role We’re looking for a Team Lead who can take charge of AI product initiatives and lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and innovators. You’ll be the bridge between business goals and technical execution — ensuring your team delivers intelligent, scalable, and high-performing AI products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic leadership and hands-on contribution, with the ability to guide teams through vision, collaboration, and excellence. Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of developers, data engineers, and AI specialists. Translate business objectives into actionable product roadmaps and technical tasks. Drive the development and deployment of AI-based products and features. Ensure timely delivery, code quality, and technical excellence across projects. Collaborate with stakeholders across functions — Product, Design, and Delivery. Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement within the team. Foster a culture of accountability, curiosity, and continuous learning. Preferred SkillsWhat We’re Looking For

5–8 years of experience in software or AI product development. At least 2 years of hands-on experience with AI-driven applications or solutions. Proven experience leading teams or managing project deliverables. Proficiency in Python, and knowledge of AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. Strong understanding of data pipelines, APIs, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP). Excellent communication, planning, and team leadership skills. A growth mindset with a passion for mentoring and innovation.

Good to Have

Exposure to Generative AI, NLP, or Computer Vision. Experience integrating AI solutions into production environments. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
