Lead Full Stack Developer (React + Node.js)

Brief DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and passionate Lead Developer to drive the technical direction and execution of our product development initiatives. In this role, you will lead a talented team of engineers, shape system architecture, ensure code quality, and help scale our applications for performance and reliability. You will play a key role in translating business objectives into robust technical solutions that align with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and career development support. Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance applications and system architectures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX, QA, and Product Management to deliver high-quality software on schedule. Define coding standards, best practices, and ensure adherence to modern software development principles. Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle—from design and implementation to deployment and maintenance. Identify and resolve complex technical challenges with a balance of innovation and practicality. Contribute to cloud and DevOps strategies (CI/CD, containerization, and automation). Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and development trends. Preferred Skills achelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). 5+ yearsof professional software development experience, including 2+ years in a technical leadership role. Strong hands-on expertise in Node.js & React. Proven track record in system architecture design and building scalable, distributed applications. Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Experience with DevOps practices – CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and automation tools. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities. Good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams. Strong team management skills and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
