Business Development Executive Job Title: Business Development Executive (Fresher) Employment Type: Full-time Internship Period: 3 Months

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience in business growth, client relations, and digital marketing support. You will contribute to lead generation, client management, and marketing initiatives to drive overall organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business leads through research, networking, and online platforms. • Assist in client acquisition, relationship management, and follow-ups. • Maintain and update CRM and client databases. • Support creation of business proposals, presentations, and sales materials. • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and prepare trend reports. • Manage and update company website and social media platforms. • Support basic on-page and off-page SEO activities. • Create and manage LinkedIn content – posts, newsletters, and engagement tracking. • Coordinate with writers or manage blog content (BlogRider experience is a plus). • Monitor analytics and performance data to support campaign and sales optimization. • Collaborate with marketing, design, and technical teams for smooth execution of client and marketing projects.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Education: MBA / BBA / Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field. Experience: Fresher (0–1 year) – internship or academic project experience preferred.

Skills:

• Basic understanding of sales, marketing, and SEO concepts • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Good research and analytical abilities • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive • Familiarity with LinkedIn and digital marketing tools • Ability to maintain and grow client relationships • Passionate about business development and marketing
