Technical Lead (Full Stack)

Brief DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Technical Lead (Full Stack) to guide our development team in designing, building, and delivering robust software solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across the full technology stack with strong leadership capabilities and proven experience in Agile delivery environments. Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end software development using .NET / Java / Python and Angular frameworks. Architect, design, and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and code reviews to the development team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and DevOps to ensure smooth project execution. Define best practices, coding standards, and ensure adherence to Agile methodologies. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive continuous improvement in system design and performance. Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, and effort estimation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

8+ years of full-stack development experience with .NET / Java / Python backend and Angular frontend. Strong expertise in designing RESTful APIs, microservices, and database design (SQL/NoSQL). Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP preferred). Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring teams. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and project delivery. Preferred Skills Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). Exposure to DevOps tools and automation frameworks. Prior experience working in healthcare or enterprise application domains (optional).
