Full Stack Developer (React.js and Node.js)

Brief DescriptionBrief Description We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with 2–3 years of experience in React.js, Next.js, and Node.js, along with working knowledge of DevOps and AI-based tools. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling full project life cycles—from development to deployment—while ensuring performance, security, and scalability. Key Responsibilities

Develop modern, high-quality web applications using React.js, Next.js, and Node.js. Implement server-side logic using Node.js (Express.js) and integrate APIs efficiently. Work with Next.js features including SSR (Server-Side Rendering), SSG (Static Site Generation), routing, and API routes. Build reusable and scalable UI components with React.js. Translate UI/UX wireframes into responsive and pixel-perfect front-end layouts. Implement CI/CD pipelines, manage deployments, and support DevOps tasks such as environment setup, server monitoring, and version control workflows. Manage application hosting on VPS/Cloud servers including deployments, backups, and system performance monitoring. Integrate AI tools, automation, or AI APIs where required to enhance functionality and productivity. Optimize applications for speed, efficiency, and scalability across devices and browsers. Troubleshoot issues, debug applications, and ensure code quality and security standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects within deadlines. Preferred Skills 2–3 years of hands-on experience with React.js, Next.js, and Node.js. Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3. Experience with Express.js, RESTful APIs, and third-party integrations. Strong understanding of Next.js features (Routing, SSR, SSG, API Routes). Knowledge of databases such as MongoDB or MySQL. Good understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions/GitLab CI/Jenkins, VPS/Cloud deployment, server monitoring and maintenance, and basic Docker/containerization. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or DigitalOcean). Experience in real-time applications (Socket.io preferred). Ability to create responsive and mobile-friendly UI. Knowledge of security best practices, performance optimization, and code splitting. Familiarity with AI tools, automation tools, or AI integrations (e.g., OpenAI, AI-based productivity tools). Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Proficiency with Git and version control workflows. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
