As a Data Verifier you will be responsible for reviewingcall transcriptions, which will require excellent comprehensive skills in Hindi & English. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong linguistic abilities, and the ability to maintain accuracy and consistency in data tagging processes. Key Responsibilities:

Review and verify diverse call datasets according to predefined criteria and guidelines. Ensure accuracy and consistency by paying close attention to linguistic nuances and context. Collaborate with the AI team to optimize tagging strategies and improve efficiency. Good listening skills required in Hindi Provide feedback and contribute to the enhancement of tagging methodologies. Maintain documentation and records related to tagging activities.

Requirements:

Excellent command of the English language, including grammar, syntax, and vocabulary. Good understnding of Hindi Language (Listening & Speaking) Excellent multilingual command over Hindi + Tamil/Telugu/Kannada/Marathi/Gujarathi languages Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in tagging tasks. Previous experience in data tagging or annotation is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent skill in English & Hindi language - Speak & Understand Multilingual skill over Kannada, Telugu or Tamil languages Proven ability to work with large datasets and meet deadlines. Excellent listening , communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
