We are seeking a dedicated Python Educator with an AI background and a solid foundation in Mathematics to join our education-based project, EduGuild. EduGuild is an initiative committed to transforming the learning experience for students and educators by providing high-quality educational resources and services that empower learners to reach their full potential. If you believe that learning should be a meaningful experience that sparks curiosity and makes one think for oneself , this role is for you. As a faculty, you will be given the task for making learning memorable for our students. You’ll help students understand Python from the ground up while also introducing them to the logic, mathematics and thinking behind Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. You will guide learners through practical coding, real-world problem solving and concept-driven exploration. Your role goes beyond teaching code and formulas. You should inspire confidence, spark curiosity and help students discover their potential. Key Responsibilities

Teach Python programming from beginner to advanced levels. Deliver clear and structured lessons aligned with AI/ML fundamentals. Use mathematical foundations (linear algebra, probability, statistics, calculus basics) to explain AI concepts effectively. Prepare lesson plans, assignments, quizzes and project-based learning modules. Guide students through project-based learning and problem-solving tasks. Mentor students on mini projects in Python and AI. Stay updated with the latest advancements in Python, AI tools and frameworks. Provide continuous feedback to help improve student performance. Collaborate with the academic team to develop and refine course modules. Participate in academic research, content creation and knowledge sharing. Ensure learning outcomes align with EduGuild’s academic standards.

Required Skills

Strong communication and presentation skills. Passion for teaching and ability to simplify complex technical topics. Willingness to continuously learn and upgrade skills to deliver high-quality training. Prior teaching/training experience (preferred but not mandatory). Proficiency in Malayalam and English language is required. Preferred SkillsNice to Have:

A self-driven attitude committed to delivering high-quality teaching outcomes. Experience with real-world projects involving Python (added advantage). Have a research and development mindset, interest in exploring emerging trends in Mathematics, AI and Data Science. Ability to design, structure and continuously improve course content and curriculum.
