Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced English Communication Trainer to deliver offline corporate training programs specifically designed for Customer Support teams. The trainer will enhance employees’ communication quality, customer-handling skills, grammar accuracy, and overall service language proficiency. Key Responsibilities
Conduct offline communication training for customer support executives across voice, email, and chat processes. Train employees on professional communication, customer empathy, tone & clarity, neutral accent, and grammar usage. Develop and deliver training modules on:
Spoken English Business communication Customer handling phrases & scripts Call etiquette & soft skills Email writing & chat etiquette
Evaluate learners through role plays, call simulations, mock chats/emails, and assessments. Identify communication gaps and create customized training for new hires and existing employees. Provide actionable feedback to improve language proficiency, customer interactions, and overall CSAT. Track performance, maintain training reports, and coordinate with managers and QA teams for continuous improvement. Create an engaging and professional classroom environment. Preferred Skills 4–7 years of experience as a Communication Trainer / English Trainer in BPO, Customer Support, or Corporate Training. Strong command of spoken and written English with ability to simplify concepts. Experience in voice, email, or chat process training (preferred). Excellent presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills. Ability to handle diverse learners and drive measurable improvement.
Preferred Attributes
Certification in communication training, TEFL/TESOL, or soft skills (added advantage). Experience working with customer support KPIs such as CSAT, quality scores, AHT impact, etc. Strong understanding of customer service language, tone, and escalation handling.
