Brief Description  Key Responsibilities

🎨 Creative Concept & Visual Design

Develop original visual concepts and graphics tailored for kids' content, including character art, environments, and digital assets.

Design high-click-through rate (CTR) YouTube thumbnails, channel banners, and social media creatives.

Assist in creating pitch decks and marketing campaigns that align with the studio’s storytelling goals.

🤝 Team Collaboration & Brainstorming

Collaborate with directors, animators, and marketing teams to translate abstract ideas into compelling visual outputs.

Actively participate in brainstorming and storyboarding stages, providing creative input to enhance the visual narrative.

🛠 Branding & Asset Management

Create and maintain visual branding consistency across multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Website).

Develop style guides, templates, and reusable graphic libraries to streamline the production process.

Ensure every design aligns strictly with the studio’s creative vision.

⚡ Project & Time Management

Handle multiple design requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Maintain strict quality control and attention to detail, even under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is non-negotiable (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Proficiency in After Effects for motion assets is highly valued.

Experience with other tools like Figma or CorelDraw is required.

Bonus: A basic understanding of Motion Graphics and UI/UX principles.

Soft Skills & Communication

Strong Communication: Ability to present and explain design concepts clearly to internal teams.

Adaptability: Ability to take constructive feedback positively and refine designs accordingly.
