DevOps Sales Executive

Brief DescriptionBusiness Development · Hunt for new business opportunities across startups, SMBs, and enterprises · Own the complete sales cycle — from prospecting to proposal to signed contract · Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified leads · Develop outreach strategies via LinkedIn, email campaigns, events, and referrals Client Engagement · Understand client pain points around deployment, infrastructure, and scalability · Present and position our DevOps offerings: CI/CD implementation, cloud migration, infrastructure automation, Kubernetes, monitoring, and managed DevOps services · Conduct discovery calls, demos, and solution walkthroughs · Collaborate with our engineering team to craft tailored proposals Revenue Ownership · Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets · Negotiate contracts and close deals independently · Nurture long-term client relationships for repeat business and referralsPreferred SkillsMust-Haves: · 2–4 years in B2B sales, preferably in IT services, cloud, or DevOps/SaaS · Good understanding of DevOps concepts: CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), monitoring tools · Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets · Exceptional communication and presentation skills · Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Good to Have: · Existing network in the tech/startup ecosystem · Experience selling to CTOs, Engineering Managers, or IT decision-makers · Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)Walk In VenueVenue: Honeykode Technologies Pvt.
