Brief DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products. You will be responsible for designing and executing test cases, identifying issues, collaborating with developers, and contributing to continuous improvement in our QA processes.Preferred SkillsKey Responsibilities
Review and analyze system specifications to understand functional and technical requirements.
Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
Perform functional, regression, integration, usability, and performance testing.
Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
Work closely with the development and product teams to resolve issues and improve product quality.
Conduct root-cause analysis and monitor debugging processes.
Ensure retesting of resolved issues and maintain accurate test documentation.
Prepare and present comprehensive test result reports and defect analysis updates.
Key Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in software testing or QA.
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and STLC.
Experience with QA tools and technologies (e.g., Selenium, Postman).
Ability to write and maintain automation scripts is a plus.
Basic knowledge of programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying quality issues.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments.
Familiarity with test automation frameworks and CI/CD tools.
Exposure to performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).
