Role Overview We are seeking an experienced IT System Engineer with 2–4 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, Office 365 administration, and system support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Linux and Windows environments, networking (Fortigate or similar routers), and cloud-based server deployments. The role also involves infrastructure monitoring using Grafana, Zabbix, or similar tools, with opportunities to grow into DevOps and automation domains.

Key Responsibilities • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and networking issues. • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring uptime, performance, and security. • Administer and support Office 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. • Configure and manage Fortigate routers/firewalls and VPN connections. • Perform Linux system administration – user management, configurations, patching, and updates. • Support Windows environments for installation, configuration, and maintenance. • Deploy and manage virtual machines (VMs) on cloud platforms such as DigitalOcean and OVH. • Implement and manage infrastructure monitoring using Grafana, Zabbix, or similar tools. • Maintain IT documentation, system configurations, and internal knowledge base. • Collaborate with teams to support the transition toward DevOps workflows and infrastructure automation.Preferred Skills Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in IT Support, System Administration, or Infrastructure Engineering. Hands-on experience with Office 365 administration. Strong understanding of Fortigate routers/firewalls and networking fundamentals. High-level knowledge of Linux administration Experience with cloud VM management (DigitalOcean, OVH, or equivalent). Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Zabbix, or similar platforms. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities. Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Exposure to DevOps tools (Docker, Jenkins, Git, CI/CD pipelines). Basic scripting skills in Bash or Python for automation. Experience with infrastructure performance tuning and proactive monitoring.
